Makayla has been raising money for the Headstrong Foundation, an organization dedicated to helping cancer patients and their families. Her lemonade stand is such a wonderful example of how one person — no matter their age — can make a difference in the lives of others.
Our members were proud to show our support by making a donation, and we were happy to be joined by our friends from the Palmer Township Police Department, who also stopped by to contribute to this great cause.
A huge THANK YOU to Makayla for putting her heart into helping others and reminding our community that kindness, compassion, and generosity can start with something as simple as a glass of lemonade.
