At 0839 HRS. F27 was dispatched with F53 to assist at Rt. 248 and the southbound entrance ramp of Rt. 33 for a cement tanker rollover with entrapment.

A/C A. Carr (2752) arrived on scene and established 27 Command. 2752 reported to all incoming units that the driver was out of the vehicle and hazard control would be needed.

During this call P.M.F.D. units responded to the Palmer Park Mall for a natural gas leak. UGI was on location so 2713 and 2712 returned to the Rt. 248 incedent.
