F27 was investigating a person in the water at the chain dam with F20 (City of Easton) when Palmer P.D. received a report of a tractor trailer over the guard rail on Rt. 22 EB in the area of 25th St.

2713 was returning from the river call and was in the area and on location within minutes. Lt. Lasso (2758) took 27 Command. The cab of the tractor trailer was up on the jersey barrier. The driver was self extricated.

Fire units assisted with traffic control and hazard control. Units cleared once the tow service moved the cab off the barrier.
