Station 27 was alerted to a commercial structure fire at the Olive Garden Restaurant, 50 Kunkle Dr.

From the caller at the business, they reported a working fire in the boiler room and all workers were evacuated from the building.

Station 23 was requested for a full response and upon arrival of 2751, reporting smoke showing from the roof, Station 14 and 17 were added to the run. The crew from 2713 made entry into the building and quickly reported that there was no fire just a malfunction of the ventilation system for the hot water system.

A total of 30 firefighters and 10 apparatus were on location.
