Please take precautions to stay safe:

💧 Hydrate often – drink water throughout the day, even if you’re not thirsty.
🏠 Stay cool – limit outdoor activity and spend time in air conditioning when possible.
👵 Check on others – especially elderly neighbors and those who are vulnerable.
🐾 Pets – provide shade and water; walk them early morning or evening and avoid hot pavements.
🚗 Never leave children or pets in vehicles – even briefly.
🚑 Know the signs – confusion, hot/dry skin, fainting, or no sweating can indicate heat stroke. Call 911 immediately.

Stay cool, stay hydrated, and look out for one another!
