for wires pulled down by a triaxle dump truck on VanBuren Road
near Hollow Road . Road 67 from Palmer Township reported the accident
to N.C. 911 via radio. He also reported that the driver of the
truck was instructed to stay in the truck.

ground level, two transformers were lying on the ground split open,
oil from the transformers was sprayed on a near by building, and
there was a small grass fire caused by the downed power lines.

The F.D. extinguished the grass fire, Met-Ed made arrangements
for clean up of the oil and all units were released at 1430 hours.
