At 0552 HRS. P.M.F.D. was dispatched to an MVA with injuries at 2906 Nazareth Rd. (the jug handle behind John G’s Service Center). 2751 Commissioner D.A. Grube arrived just after P.D. and took 27 Command. Updates were given to the incoming units. 1 vehicle in the roadway, 2 victims out of the vehicle with bloody faces, debris and fluids in the roadway.

Lighting and hazard control was provided by 2742. The crew secured the vehicle and assisted the tow service.
