Station 27 was dispatched for a dwelling fire at 411 Avon St. @751 (Commissioner D.A. Grube) on location at 1746 HRS. reported a fire on side A of a 2 story SFD. The owner was spraying water on the landscaping and vinyl siding. The fire appeared to be extinguished.

2 Firefighters from 2712 checked the interior for extension. A female was assisted out of the dwelling because of a moderate smoke condition. Vinyl siding and soffit material were removed on the exterior to check for extension.
All units were available at 1850 HRS.
