Station 27 was dispatched for a possible dwelling fire at 5 Old Orchard Drive. The caller reported a smoke condition in the attic for an unknown reason and he also had a water leak in the bathroom wall.  After a long and time-consuming investigation the interior crew located a light with a ballast problem and the water leak proved to be a separate problem.
