Station 27 was dispatched for an odor investigation at Twin Rivers Gastroenterology, 20 Community Dr. and 2 cleaning personnel experiencing chest tightness and itchy throats. At 0904 HRS. Assistant Chief A. Carr was on location and started gathering information from the cleaning people.
After interviewing the workers Lehigh County Special Operations was contacted via phone. Representatives from the business and the cleaning company were called to the scene.

Once enough information was obtained, the Special Ops team entered the building to test the air and check for any other possible problems. All emergency units were available at 1151 HRS.
