P.M.F.D. was dispatched to a dwelling fire at 11 Olde Penn Dr. at 1606 HRS. Caller stated that the dwelling was filling with smoke for an unknown reason.

Lt. J. “Turbo” Lasso (2758), riding the officer position on 2713 had 27 Command. The crews from 2711 and 2713 entered the dwelling and quickly found the source of the problem. A blocked lint trap and over loaded clothes dryer was the culprit. The crew from 1421 (original R.I.T.) ventilated the second and third floors.

Station 25 (Forks Township) was placed on stand by in station. All fire and EMS units were available at 1650 HRS.
