Station 27 was dispatched for a possible dwelling fire. The owner and his family were evacuated by Palmer P.D. at 0228 HRS. P.D. updated incoming units that they had smoke showing from the front door.

The first fire unit on location was 2721, with a crew of 5. 21’s crew stretched an 13/4 “ preconnect into the dwelling and quickly located the fire in the corner of the basement. PPV was used to ventilate the entire dwelling and a T.I.C. was used to check for extension.
