Station 27 was dispatched to the Bon Ton store, 146 Palmer Park Mall for a motor vehicle fire possibly into a building. Palmer Police units on location reported the vehicle was fully involved and it was into the corner of the building.
Commissioner D.A. Grube arrived in 3 minutes and took 27 Command. The crew from 2742 stretched a 150’ 11/2” preconnect using class A foam and had the fire under control at 1237 HRS. A second preconnect was put in service as a back up line.

The interior of the building and the roof area were checked for extension using a T.I.C.

All Police, Fire And EMS units were available at 1352 HRS.
