Station 27 was dispatched for a motor vehicle accident with unknown injuries at Rt. 248 and Lawnhurst Ave.. Fire Commissioner D.A. Grube was the first unit on location reporting a two vehicle MVA, one into a pole, with a large amount of debris in the roadway.

The pole and the equipment that was on the pole sustained heavy damage. Fire units secured the vehicles, and assisted with clean up.

All fire units were clear at 1343 HRS.
