Station #27 was alerted to a motor vehicle fire at the Frito-Lay building located on Danforth Dr.

A/C T. Wagaman (#2753) was on location in six minutes and established #27 Command. #2753 confirmed NC 911 updates of an engine compartment fire in a delivery box style truck.

The crew from #2713 had the fire under control in less than five minutes using a 100’-1” trash line and class A foam. A total of 10 Volunteers responded with two engines. All fire units were cleared at   2008 HRS.
