At 0717 HRS. Station #27 was dispatched to a MVA with entrapment. Captain A. Carr (#2754) was the first fire officer on location and established 27 Command.

Command confirmed the updates and added that the dashboard was resting on the victims lap. Extrication was completed at 0749 HRS.

Station #22 Fire Police had westbound Main St. shut down. Station #23 and #53 were on standby in their stations to cover any other calls that were dispatched in Palmer Township.
