| At 0727 hours Station #27 was dispatched with Station #25 (Forks Township) for a motor vehicle fire on Rt. #33, southbound at mile marker 9. Five minutes later Station #27 was alerted to a motor vehicle accident, vehicle into a tree, and the victim was still in the vehicle. Captain A. Carr (#2755) had Command. Command confirmed the dispatch information adding the victim was a class 5. Station #25 was requested to respond #2541 for rescue assistance. P.S.P. was on location, and the Coroner was notified. #2541 was released due to the extended time table and requested to stand by in station to cover the north sector of Station #27. Station #53 was on stand by in station, and Fire Station #27-2 had a crew of four in station. Extrication was complete at 0909 hours. All fire units were clear at 0957 hours.
