A very busy day started at 0435 hrs. for a call of a stranded person in their vehicle on Mine Lane Rd. and Division St. The vehicle was stalled in water that was up to the top of the tires.
Upon arrival of the first fire officer Lt. Matt Eharth (#2756) it was reported that the victim was out of the vehicle. No action was taken by the fire department.
